As we move closer to the XI WUJA Congress in Yogyakarta, this special edition of our Newsletter is meant to help us prepare not only practically, but also in spirit.
A Congress is never simply a gathering. It is a moment of encounter, reflection, shared mission, and renewed commitment. It is a chance for Jesuit alumni from across the world to come together, deepen bonds of friendship, and reflect on how our formation continues to call us to serve today.
Today, in a world marked by fragmentation, uncertainty, and profound human needs, this Congress offers Jesuit alumni the opportunity to listen, to reconnect, and to discern together how we are called to live out our values today.
We hope this edition -with some of the voices, hopes, and perspectives – will inspire many in our global alumni community to feel connected to the journey toward Yogyakarta and to the mission we share.
May this path toward the Congress be, for all of us, a time of renewed fraternity, discernment, and hope.
